Hell with this

I just looooooooooooooooooove when crap like this happens. So I just re-downloaded, well the good thing is that it can open, but the bad thing is it's giving me this crap. Before you say "you have to get the full software Lucky!" Well guess what, the one that I download IS the full software. I don't know what the hell is going on! O, by the way I found out how to take a screen shoot.
